Who We Are
We started with mats. We ended up doing floors.
FloorCode Zimbabwe began in 2019 as The Mat Guys — a small operation making custom branded entrance mats for Harare businesses. Clients kept asking the same follow-up question: can you do the rest of the floor too?
So we learned to. Epoxy systems, rubber, turf, carpet, vinyl, laminate and tile — supplied and installed by our own crews, with a qualified civil engineer specifying the build-ups. Today we’ve delivered more than 102 projects nationwide and across the border into Mozambique.
The name changed. The obsession with what happens under your feet didn’t.

The finish is decided before the first coat goes down. We prepare properly, set out carefully and don't cut the steps nobody sees.
