We evaluate manufacturers, importers and distributors of flooring materials, adhesives, screeds and consumables. Here's what we look for and how the process runs.
What we ask for
- Company registration and tax clearance in good standing
- Product technical data sheets and, where applicable, safety data sheets
- Evidence of quality standards or certification for the product range
- Realistic lead times and minimum order quantities
- Clear pricing structure, incoterms and payment terms
- References from at least two existing trade customers
How it works
- 01Submit your detailsComplete the vendor registration form below with your company and product information.
- 02Documentation reviewWe assess registration, certification, technical data and commercial terms.
- 03Samples & evaluationWe test samples against the standards we install to. For flooring materials this includes wear, slip and adhesion performance.
- 04OnboardingApproved suppliers are added to our procurement list and issued with ordering and delivery protocols.
